Apparently, it’s easier for me to write than to piece together my experiences in a reel. In the fast-paced world of content creation dominated by flashy IG reels and captivating videos, putting out long reads as posts isn’t exactly the trendiest way to reach a ton of people. I know. But IG reels (videos) stress me out so much and remind me that I am not a savvy content creator.
I have, however, enjoyed and learned a lot from content created by others, and true to my character, I want to do the same but, in a way, I would feel most comfortable doing it. After all, they are just my musings, right? Frankly, the written word is the most straightforward path for me.
So, what’s been capturing my attention lately? The thrill of traveling more for vacations and I want to share that.
The norm is to create quick travel videos about where you went and any other information. I do that on my IG here but because creating captivating videos isn’t my forte, the content doesn’t usually convey my sentiments about the sites I visited.
I aim to share the intricacies of my adventures, painting a vivid picture of the places I explore. While the trend may be to go for quick visual gratification, I am guilty of this as well. I invite you, however, to immerse yourself in the details, emotions, and reflections that my written posts offer.
